Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges -

We kindly request that you contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Items for return or exchange are to be returned within 28 days of delivery.

 

We accept cancellations -
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please note that during busy periods this might not be possible. 

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged -

Because of the nature of these items, unless they are damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.

- Custom or personalised orders.

- Items bought on sale.

 

Conditions of return -

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
